Mr. Terry Simpson
Mr. Terry Simpson is the President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of High Side Technology, where he leads the strategic development and application of advanced technologies and technology services to the defense, intelligence, and federal information technology sectors. Mr. Simpson’s career spans more than 25 years in technology innovation and acquisition leadership within the Department of Defense and the Department of the Navy. He previously served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President of Life Cycle Engineering’s Federal Solutions Group, where he led technology solutions development across the federal government space.
