CHARLESTON, S.C. – High Side Technology is excited to announce the appointment of Andrew Pidduck as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of experience in the Department of Defense sector, including nearly two decades in acquisition, accounting, and managing high-profile contract delivery, Pidduckbrings exceptional leadership and expertise to his new role.
Pidduck joins HST following a successful career at Forward Slope, Inc., where he most recently served as President. During his tenure, he led the company to remarkable growth, overseeing all operations and achieving a 290% increase in revenue during his time as Vice President. He also served as Program Manager for some of FSI’s largest software development and professional services prime contracts, demonstrating his ability to scale businesses and deliver exceptional outcomes.

A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality and an ITIL V3-certified professional, Andrew brings deep knowledge in process optimization and IT best practices. At HST, he will spearhead and oversee the company’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions that align with the needs of the DoD and Intelligence Community. His leadership will be instrumental in advancing HST’s mission and achieving long-term goals.
Pidduck’s immediate goal is “to build out the opportunity pipeline to help position High Side for rapid growth in both current and new markets,” he explained. “Over the past few years in the Defense sector, there has been a lot of consolidation and acquisitions of small businesses. This has created even more opportunity for growth as this opens up many small business set aside contracts to more bidders. ”
Pidduck’s appointment comes as HST continues to build on the momentum of being selected for the General Services Administration One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Small Business Multiple Award Contract. This achievement underscores HST’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that address critical challenges for its government and defense clients.

Simpson’s 10-year revenue goals are something Pidduck aims for. “It’s my job to help High Side meet and (ideally) exceed those goals. We’ll start by implementing robust business development and bid/proposal process and expand the pipeline to drive growth. I’m also excited to support operational excellence to help ensure that High Side’s execution and delivery achieve customer satisfaction, which will lead to even more growth in the future.”
