High Side Technology (HST) has extensive knowledge and experience in the applied Research & Development (R&D) of technologies across the Communications, Computers, Command & Control (C2), Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Cyber Operations domains. Our team brings expertise in both technology research and in applying new technologies to critical military mission areas to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to the warfighter. Our team’s experience includes successful technology R&D leadership within government and industry – creating and managing new R&D programs and leading technology research initiatives sponsored by the prominent DoD R&D organizations including the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), and numerous other DoD research laboratories. Our experience includes the development of new technology R&D strategies and concepts; capability roadmapping for development and transition of new technologies; applied R&D in the C4ISR and Cyber domains; and successful transition of new technologies into fielded systems.
